the parking lot was a bit cramped. but the room was clean the restroom was spotless and the mini fridge worked well. easy access to nearby restaurants made our stay convenient.

This place suits me perfectly with free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and laundry. The staff was so kind to my elderly parents during our first stay. I always feel at home here and am coming back for a holiday!

We enjoyed a fun family outing at the nearby zoo and loved the outlet shopping options too. The staff was friendly, and the spacious Double Room with Two Double Beds offered plenty of space for our family, making it easier to unwind together.

My wife says that the breakfast options were seriously lacking. More variety would be great for families with children.

The location was great, within walking distance to several restaurants. The staff could improve on customer service. check-in was slow and my room had a lingering smoke smell. Still, for the price, the room was decent, albeit a bit worn and needing better cleaning.
